The client sought a hard-wearing, light-coloured floor that would complement their kitchen design and the overall aesthetic of the property. Working closely with Pro Build 360, the client had the opportunity to compare kitchen surfaces and cupboard colours directly against flooring options in our Mazon Flooring showroom. This integrated approach allowed for seamless coordination between the kitchen design and flooring selection.

Sub-Floor Preparation and Installation
To ensure a flawless installation, we undertook detailed sub-floor preparation:
- Applied a paint-on damp-proof membrane to guard against construction moisture.
- Used a 3-6mm smoothing compound to correct sub-floor unevenness.
- Installed the herringbone LVT flooring with a high-temperature adhesive, suitable for a space with water-based underfloor heating and large bifold windows.
