Our meticulous approach included thorough sub-floor preparation, which involved the use of plyboard over floorboards and the application of smoothing compound to ensure precise levelling and create an ideal surface for the installation of herringbone-engineered wood flooring.

To manage project costs without compromising on style, we opted for plank format in one of the largest rooms, while reserving the opulent look and feel of large format herringbone for the remaining areas.
