Moduleo Laurel Oak 51222 with floor preparation

Mazon Flooring were contracted to supply and install Moduleo Laurel Oak to a extension and renovation project in Solihull.

The extension had received a new sand and cement screed and under floor heating. Due to the build schedule, we knew there would still be a relatively high level of moisture in the sub-floor that needed to be dealt with. We used Bostik screedmaster one-coat damp proof membrane, and screedmaster ultimate smoothing compound.

After the smoothing compound had fully dried, we used a floor buffer to smooth down the floor and then installed the Moduleo flooring using a high temperature adhesive.

The finished results were greatly appreciated by the client, and provide a wonderful kitchen, living and dining area.
