We knew that the property’s age would present some hurdles. The sub-floors were very uneven, requiring extensive levelling and deep filling to create a smooth foundation. We meticulously applied a 5-7mm smoothing compound, ensuring that every inch of the floor was flawlessly prepared for our luxurious LVT installation.
